How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a hassle-free, 14-day standard return policy.

Holiday Season Return Policy: Our return policy has been extended until January 17, 2025 for purchases made after Nov 8, 2024 or 14-days of receipt of your shipment, whichever is longer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items / Bundle Offers
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as clearance or gift cards. Any return of bundled items, will reset items to their original individual prices, effectively removing the bundle discount.


Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Paid shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We offer free returns to Canadian and USA residential customers
  • International customers are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, please allow 10 business days to see the transaction posted.
