Refund policy
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a hassle-free, 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can visit our Returns portal. Please note:
- A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns
- Paid shipping charges are non-refundable
- We offer free returns to Canadian and USA residential customers
- International customers are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty Replacements
We stand by the quality of our products. All products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. As fellow riders, we know that motorcycle gear can face stress and extreme conditions. If you experience an issue, contact us, and we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or store credit—hassle-free.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items and Mystery Boxes). Any return of bundled items, will reset items to their original individual prices, effectively removing the bundle discount. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items considered facewear, closeout, or gift cards. For hygiene reasons, Balaclavas and Neck Gaiters are considered personal-use items and are final sale. Exchanges are only accepted for verified defects or incorrectly shipped items reported within 14 days of delivery.
Mystery Boxes
All Mystery Box purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on any products within a mystery box, unless the item is defective. If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly issue a new replacement or one of equal value.
Bundle Offers
Any return of bundled items, will reset items to their original individual prices, effectively removing the bundle discount.
Cancellation of Order (Before Shipment)
We know that sometimes plans change — and we’ll always do our best to help.
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours if it hasn’t entered processing or shipping
- Once your order moves into production or shipping, we will not be able to cancel it
- You’ll need to move forward with a return process once your package arrives
- A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction and administrative costs
- Custom and made-to-order pieces also can’t be cancelled once production begins— each one is made specifically for you!
To request a cancellation, please email support@ravenmoto.co with your order number. Approved refunds (minus the 5% cancellation fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the other one as soon as you can within the return period.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in queue, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment minus a 10% restocking fee, please allow 10-12 business days to see the transaction posted.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If you choose to refuse delivery of your order for any reason, please note that you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees, and any customs charges incurred during the return process. These fees will be deducted from your refund once the package is returned to us and fully processed.
To ensure a smoother and quicker resolution, we recommend you accept the delivery when it arrives. If you wish to return the item, you can then follow our standard return or exchange procedure. This will help avoid delays and make sure the return is handled efficiently.
Please be aware that if the package is not returned to us—due to refusal of delivery or any other reason—we will not be able to issue a refund. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, our customer experience team is always here to help.
