Shipping policy

At RAVEN Moto, we move fast — just like you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about order processing, delivery timelines, tracking, and international shipping.

1. Order Processing

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please get in touch if your order has not been delivered according to the expected timeline, and we will check on your order status.

2. Shipping Timelines

We offer both Standard and Express shipping options worldwide.

Canada & United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 4–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we will investigate the status of your shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping to Canada & the U.S. on all orders over $40 USD

  • Free Standard Shipping internationally on orders over $60 USD

For orders below these thresholds, flat shipping rates apply based on your location. Exact shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees may be charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RAVEN Moto does not control international customs fees.

5. Order Tracking

Yes — every order is trackable.

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your tracking number

  • Carrier tracking details

You can also monitor your order by logging into your RAVEN Moto account and visiting the Order History section.

6. Address Changes & Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address or recipient name, please contact us immediately.

  • Before processing: We may be able to update your information.

  • After shipping: We are unable to modify the recipient name or shipping address.

In this case, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to request delivery adjustments.

7. Shipping Delays & Transit Issues

Total delivery time includes both processing time (24–48 hours) and shipping transit time.

Estimated transit times begin once your order has shipped:

  • Canada & U.S. Standard: 3–8 business days

  • Canada & U.S. Express: 2–4 business days

  • International Standard: 4–20 business days

  • International Express: 3–10 business days

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Peak shipping seasons

If your order exceeds the maximum estimated delivery window (e.g., beyond 8 business days for Canada/U.S. Standard or beyond 20 business days for International Standard), please contact support@ravenmoto.co.

We may initiate a carrier investigation where necessary. Investigations may take several business days before a resolution (replacement or refund) can be determined.

Please note:

  • Express shipping speeds apply after dispatch, not during production or processing.

  • Customs delays are outside our control.

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

8. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered as Pre-Order to secure early access to limited releases or upcoming production runs.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is available for immediate shipment. Pre-order items are clearly labeled on the product page and include an estimated shipping timeframe.

Pre-Order Processing & Shipping

Pre-orders ship once production is completed and inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Estimated ship dates are provided for reference but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing timelines, freight schedules, customs clearance, or supply chain disruptions.

Once your pre-order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Order Delivery Timelines

Express shipping speeds apply only after the order has been dispatched. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Pre-orders are subject to the same customs duties, taxes, and VAT policies as regular orders.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order for any reason, please note that you will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping costs

  • Any return shipping fees

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage charges incurred during the return process

These fees will be deducted from your refund once the package has been successfully returned to our warehouse and fully processed.

To ensure a smoother and faster resolution, we strongly recommend accepting the delivery when it arrives. If you wish to return the item, you may then follow our standard return or exchange procedure. This helps avoid unnecessary delays and additional carrier charges.

Please be aware:

  • If a package is refused and not returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund.

  • If a shipment is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

 

10. Liability & Delivery Responsibility

RAVEN Moto is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs processing delays

  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a trace.
