Ordering

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes absolutely! You can place an order and checkout as a guest. However, creating a RAVEN Moto account gives you the following insider benefits: Check your purchase history and status and receive updates on all new and upcoming products. Just visit our Create Account page and sign up for a personal experience.

Where is my order confirmation?

After you make a purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and shipping information. Please take a moment to review it to ensure that the item, including sizing and color, and your shipping address are all correct. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately before we process and ship your order.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Our order processing begins shortly after your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@ravenmoto.co. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellation is only possible before processing begins. Should your order be dispatched, you may return it upon receiving it. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Can I purchase RAVEN Moto gear in-store?

Currently, RAVEN Moto operates exclusively online with all orders shipped from our location in Toronto, Canada. We are dedicated to enhancing your experience and accessibility, and are planning to expand into physical retail locations in the future. As we continue our global takeover, we will update our website with a store locator. 

How do I locate products on the website?

To explore our collection, simply navigate to the "Catalog" dropdown menu on our homepage. Browse through our latest drops and click on any item to view its product page. Here, you will find information on sizes, colors, availability, and more. If you find something you like, select your size and add it to your virtual shopping cart. Our current lineup include Armored Jackets, Armored Pants, Backpacks, Boots, Gloves, Race Suits, Race Jackets, Race Pants, and Merchandise.

What can I do if my item is currently sold out?

If an item you’re interested in is currently out of stock, simply click the 'Out of Stock?' button and sign up for restock alerts. We will send you an email notification as soon as the item is available again. This ensures you’ll be the first to know when the product is restocked.

Do you offer custom orders for clothing/products?

We only offer custom orders for our Race Suits, Race Jackets, Race Pants, and Boots. However, we have a wide range of sizes to offer our customers. Our armored hoodie, jeans, and gloves are available in gender specific, Men's and Women's sizing to ensure the best fit possible. Our jeans are available in many different waist and inseam length configurations suitable for many riders. No box cuts or one size fits all approach. Simply put, we believe everyone regardless of shape or size should be able to enjoy the activity of riding - safe and protected.

Can you help me find the right size for myself?

Our sizes range from X-Small to 4X-Large, ensuring that everyone can find their perfect fit. We encourage you to check out our detailed sizing guide to determine the best size for you. Should you have any questions, feel free to email us at support@ravenmoto.co or message us on live chat.

Do you use US or EU Sizing for your products?

We follow the international sizing guide for all our products. Most of our products are made true to size. To ensure you find your ideal fit, we recommend visiting our sizing guide here, which provides detailed information on measurements and sizing to help you make the best selection.

My item is currently unavailable, when will it restock?

Due to high demand, our products often sell out quickly. You can reference our live inventory tracker on the product page, but we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible! If an item is sold out, then we recommend signing up for restock alerts by clicking the 'Out of Stock?' button on the product page. Most backordered items are typically restocked in approx. 4-6 weeks. 

The website is not allowing me to add items to the shopping cart?

If you experience difficulties adding items to your cart, please try the following steps: log out and back in, refresh your browser, or use a different browser. Maybe switch up between mobile or desktop. Should the issue persist, please contact us via the live chat feature on our website or email us at support@ravenmoto.co for further assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

We will process and ship in-stock products within 24-48 hours. We offer Standard and Express shipping options worldwide. Once your order is processed, here’s what to expect for shipping:

For Canada and the United States, standard shipping timeline is 3-8 business days, while express shipping is 2-4 business days.

For International orders, standard shipping may take 4-20 business days, while express shipping typically arrives within 3-10 business days.

Please get in touch if your order has not been delivered according to the expected timeline, and we will check on your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We are pleased to offer both standard and express shipping options worldwide. We offer free shipping to Canada and U.S. on all orders over $40 USD. For international orders, free shipping is available on all orders over $60 USD. Please continue through the checkout process to view the Express shipping rates for your location. 

Please keep in mind that customs duties, taxes, or VAT may be charged by the receiving country. If applicable, the receiver will be responsible for these fees.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to Canada and the U.S. for orders over $40 USD. For international orders, free shipping is available on orders over $60 USD. If your order is below these amounts, we provide flat shipping rates based on your location. Just proceed through the checkout to see the exact shipping costs!

Will I be charged customs fees for my purchase?

Please keep in mind that customs duties, taxes, or VAT may be charged by the receiving country. If applicable, the receiver will be responsible for these fees.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, to dispatch and delivery. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to check the progress of the shipment.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your RAVEN Moto account and going to the "Order History" section.

Can I change my shipping address/recipient name after my package has been shipped?

If you notice an issue, please reach out as soon as possible, before the order has been processed.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the recipient's name or update the shipping address. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, providing your tracking number, and requesting any mid-delivery updates.

It's been a few days since I placed my order, but it hasn't shipped yet. What should I do?

We aim to process and dispatch in-stock items within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 48 hours, please reach out to us at support@ravenmoto.co or via our Live Chat. We’re here to help with any questions about your order!

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via PayPal and popular mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll be redirected to their website to log in and complete your payment, and then you’ll be brought back to our site once the transaction is complete.

How can I pay with a gift card?

What a thoughtful gift - keeping you protected! You can use your e-gift card during checkout by entering the gift card details.

How do I apply a discount code to my purchase?

You can apply your discount card during checkout by entering the discount code. Just a reminder, only one discount code can be used per order.

Please note that bundle discounts are not eligible to be combined with other promo codes or offers. Any return of bundled items, will reset items to their original individual prices, effectively removing the bundle discount.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

All RAVEN Moto products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. As fellow riders, we know that motorcycle gear can face stress and extreme conditions. If you encounter any issues with one of our products, please reach out to us at support@ravenmoto.co with your order number, concern and any relevant photos. We’ll review your claim and get back to you.

REBIRTH Program

What is the REBIRTH Program?

Any rider wearing RAVEN Moto gear involved in a traffic accident has a chance of receiving replacement products. Our team will analyze your photos, damaged products, and review each claim on a case by case basis. 

How do I submit a claim under the REBIRTH Program?

To submit a claim, please visit our REBIRTH program page and fill out the form.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a hassle-free, 14-day return policy.

Holiday Season Return Policy: Our return policy has been extended until January 17, 2025 for purchases made after Nov 8, 2024 or 14-days of receipt of your shipment, whichever is longer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can visit our Returns portal. Please note:

  • There are no processing charges for returns
  • Paid shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We offer free returns to Canadian and USA customers
  • International customers are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I return an item?

Our return process is simple. Please vist our Returns page to begin the process. 

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

How long does it take to return an item?

Once your return shipment is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, please allow 10 business days to see the transaction posted.

Product Care

How do I take care of my gloves?

RAVEN Moto gloves have undergone strenuous testing in different riding situations. Our gloves are made with genuine cowhide leather to provide a premium look and feel. We recommend you care for them regularly to keep them looking as good as they function. We have outlined a few instructions on how to care for your gloves.

How do I clean my gloves?

  • If the leather has accumulated dirt or soil, you can use a microfiber cloth, make sure the cloth is damp, you can soak the cloth in a soap and a lukewarm water mix.
  • Make sure to clean the entire surface, not just one area. After you have cleaned it use a unused cloth to dry the excess water.
  • Let the gloves air dry, do not wash the gloves in a washing machine or dryer.
  • After the leather is dry, use a leather conditioner to keep the leather in new condition and extend the life of the glove.

How do I clean the touch finger?

  • Use a bit of lukewarm water and natural soap, use a clean cloth and dampen it.
  • Gently scrub the area, do not use an abrasive cloth or scrub.
  • Leave it out to air dry.

How do I clean the knuckle area?

  • Do not soak the glove in warm water as it can cause condensation inside the knuckle protectors.
  • Use a clean cloth and a bit of cold water.
  • Mix a few drops of natural soap.
  • Gently passover the knuckle area as needed.
  • Leave out to air dry.

How do I clean my textile gloves?

  • Close all zippers and/or hook-and-loop fixtures to avoid damaging other areas of your glove.
  • Use a natural soap.
  • Mix it in lukewarm water.
  • Use a clean cloth and lightly dampen it and apply to glove.
  • For perforated gloves try not to get soap stuck in between the perforation.
  • Leave out to air dry.
  • DO NOT condition palms of gloves before riding as it will make for a slippery surface.

Storage Tips

  • You may be asking yourself how should I store my gloves during the off season? Storing your leather appropriately is one of the easiest ways you can prevent damage and maintain a high-quality finish.
  • Store leather away from direct sunlight as this can cause fading.
  • Store gloves in a dust bag to avoid scratches. We recommend the RAVEN Moto Drawstring Gear Bag.
  • Store leather away from artificial sources of heat, e.g. radiators can cause leather to dry and crack.

Can I machine wash my gloves?

  • You should not machine wash your RAVEN Moto gloves. Our gloves have multiple protective elements and lining, which may get damaged if washed in the machine. Therefore, we recommend you follow our instructions on how to care for your gloves to ensure their longevity.

Misc

How do I measure my glove size?

Using a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your dominant hand – just below the knuckles. For more information, please visit our sizing chart page. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend sizing down as leather gloves will break-in and fit to your size over time. 

How does the touchscreen finger work?

We offer touchscreen capability on all of our gloves, a couple of things to keep in mind are that a glove will never truly replicate an actual finger although our precise material and placement make it hard to believe. Use your index finger at a 45-degree angle, this will work most of the time. Each person is different, with that in mind please try out the glove to see where your screen registers the touch on your device.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift cards are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift card instead for the value of $10, $20, or $50.

Do your gift cards expire?

No, our gift cards have no expiry.
