REBIRTH Program

We understand that no matter how careful you are on the streets, sometimes an unforeseeable event may happen. At RAVEN, we care about riders during this difficult time.

To help you get back to riding, any rider wearing RAVEN Moto gear involved in a traffic accident has a chance of receiving repair, replacement, or store credit. 

Eligibility:

• Only RAVEN Moto products purchased directly from our website, in-store, and at RAVEN events qualify. Promotional items and/or gifts are not eligible.
• All claims must be submitted within one year of the original purchase date by the original purchaser. Claims are non-transferable.
• Claims must be submitted online only and must be supported with photos of the damaged gear and a short description of what happened.
• Each product is eligible only once – you cannot request a REBIRTH for a product that was previously replaced or repaired under this program.

Repair or Replacement:

• Depending on the damage, your gear may be eligible for professional repair instead of a full replacement.
• If replacement is approved, you’ll receive a REBIRTH code for a free replacement item.

Claim Review:

Our team will analyze your photos, damaged products, and review each claim on a case by case basis, and respond within 3-5 business days. Please note that RE-BIRTH Claims cannot be processed immediately during an in-store visit, as they require review and confirmation through our internal system.
